Well things are moving ahead here with the renovations, fingers crossed by the end of the week they will be all done and I will be back to normal. Then of course there will only be the matter of a first birthday to organise, but I at least have a direction for that!
I want to share a recipe that I made last night that Otto and I loved! Otto ate a whole rissole and I am really looking forward to the left overs for lunch, it isn't often that I come across something that the whole family really enjoys.
