Oseng.

That is the only clue I have for what we are eating tonight.  When I put that into google translate it comes up with stir.  I assume they are talking about the cut of the meat.

Oh well, dinner will be interesting tonight!

    Yep, luckily it ended up being beef, although I swore it looked like duck for a long time!
